Hello Beautiful Lavender Loving Friends, Where do I begin??? First, I hope that this newsletter finds you and your loved ones safe and sound during this unprecedented history making time. We are touched by the amount of messages we’ve received from so many of you checking in on us. We are doing well and doing our best to stay that way. Normally, this is the time of year when I announce our opening date for the season. Sadly, due to COVID-19, I’m not able to do that yet. I know so many of you like to use our property as a place of respite and it breaks my heart that we’re not able to allow that at this time. While this undoubtedly puts our business in jeopardy we’re taking this very seriously and doing our part to stop the spread of the virus. We are closely monitoring the situation and hope to open in the not too distant future.

During this difficult time, I hope you’re finding ways to take care of yourself and each other in ways that alleviates stress and anxiety. Aromatherapy is just one way to achieve that and as you already know, the scent of lavender is ideal for just that purpose. While you’re not able to come visit us just yet, we are fully stocked with all your favorite lavender products which you may purchase through our online store. Because so many of us are struggling financially right now, we’re offering free shipping on orders over $75. We are continuing to offer Pick-Up Service for our local customers. However, we have set-up a designated Pick-Up location on the property where you may pick-up your order without entering our shop. We did this to ensure the safety of all our dear customers. We’ve been getting lots of inquiries about our hand sanitizer which we have renamed Lavender Hand Cleansing Gel. This gel contains 21% organic alcohol as well as organic aloe and witch hazel. It also contains lavender essential oil which is an anti-microbial. Because so many of you have requested a hand sanitizer with a higher percentage of alcohol, I am pleased to announce that we will soon be offering a Citrus Hand Cleansing Gel which contains 64% non-GMO alcohol as well as a blend of citrus essential oils. Unfortunately, as with most products of these types, the ingredients have been on backorder but I’m hopeful that I will receive them soon.

We’ve also received lots of inquiries about our upcoming events. We made the decision to move the Meet Our Artisans & Makers Day from May 16 to June 27. So far we have not made any other changes to our calendar but we know that we may need to in order to keep everyone safe.

We would like to thank you for the love and support you’ve given us over the years. We hope that you will continue to support us during this difficult time so that we may continue to provide you with quality handmade artisan lavender products as well as a beautiful place to visit. We are all in this together and it’s crucial that we respect the social distancing order as that’s the only way to stop the spread of the virus. We miss you and can’t wait to welcome you back.
