Hey!!! We've Got Good News!

Hello Beautiful Lavender Loving Friends, Hope you're all staying safe and coping well during this very difficult time. We are thrilled to share some very good news with you. After weeks of trying to get answers from various powers that be, we finally got approval to re-open!! One of our goals when we first opened our farm to guests was to provide visitors with an enjoyable experience. We know many of you like to escape to our farm to de-stress and relax. Whether you come to shop or just spend some time appreciating the beautiful sights and sounds of nature we love having you here. However, safety is our top priority during this challenging time. In an effort to make sure we’re all safe and minimize the risk from COVID-19, we are strictly adhering to CDC guidelines. As a result, we ask that you please respect and abide by the following measures while visiting the farm:

Maintain 6 ft. Social Distancing

  • Face Masks MUST Be Worn

  • Only 5 guests will be allowed in the Shop at one time

  • Hands must be sanitized upon entry to the Shop (sanitizer will be provided)

  • No cash sales – Contactless Credit Card Transactions Only

  • Bathrooms will remain closed – Please plan accordingly

  • Samples will not be available during this time.

These measures will remain in effect for the foreseeable future. Starting, Friday, May 15, our hours will be Fridays Saturdays & Sundays 10 am – 5:00 pm. You may still place orders through our online shop and schedule an appointment for pick-up. To say the last few weeks have been challenging is an understatement but your love and support has helped us to hang in there and for that we are extremely grateful. We are so excited to welcome you back! We ask that you please be patient with us as we navigate this new way of doing business while these safety measures are in place..

For those of you wondering... Nope, the lavender is not in bloom yet. Our English varieties will typically start to bloom in June. The French don't bloom until July.

Here is the Royal Velvet Lavender greening up nicely. Remember, lavender likes to take it's time coming out of dormancy and these cold temps don't help. Below is the Folgate Lavender sending up new growth. Seeing this always brings me joy.

If you have questions, about your lavender feel free to ask me when you come to visit. Hope to see you soon. In the meantime, stay safe and take good care of yourselves. With Love & Gratitude, Jim & Monica
